Pictured: nervous breakdown pie w/ ricotta flowers ($3 add-on). Textbook pizza comparable to popular b&ms around Austin line homeslice and love supreme. Perfect char, no flop jalop, even distribush of toppings, just look at the symmetry of the ricotta. A v small truck owned by a couple, they take pizza seriously. The only downside is the limited hours and sometimes long wait so order ahead of time online

Overall, construction and texture is wicked great-great undercarriage with consistent crunch on a really light and flaky crust. Dough tastes like homemade sourdough - really awesome. Sauce and cheese kinda fall short on flavor, but over all a really good pie. 7.6
