Pictured: nervous breakdown pie w/ ricotta flowers ($3 add-on). Textbook pizza comparable to popular b&ms around Austin line homeslice and love supreme. Perfect char, no flop jalop, even distribush of toppings, just look at the symmetry of the ricotta. A v small truck owned by a couple, they take pizza seriously. The only downside is the limited hours and sometimes long wait so order ahead of time online

Great sourdough pizza crust. High quality ingredients. Plain cheese is very traditional. Great undercarriage with no flop! Just a mom and pop shop. Only 2 people running the restaurant out of a truck.

Overall, construction and texture is wicked great-great undercarriage with consistent crunch on a really light and flaky crust. Dough tastes like homemade sourdough - really awesome. Sauce and cheese kinda fall short on flavor, but over all a really good pie. 7.6
