This is a very simple pie, a real pizza’s pizza. Good cheese, good sauce, good dough, just a good overall pizza. Very similar to the North Arlington location, just a couple tics below. It’s a very light pie, thin layer of cheese, nice ratio to the sauce. Plenty of flavor in the sauce, very tasty. The only real knock is how soft the dough & crust are. Both need lots of crisping. A little more time in the oven would do this pizza well. Still better than your average pie but needs to realize its full potential with a more crispy approach. Solid spot with room to improve.
