Over-rated. 165 or so reviews now, I know good pizza. This isn’t terrible, but it’s not great like the previous reviews might lead you to believe. Nice establishment, super clean inside, great service, and the bright yellow Ferrari inside is pretty neat, but it seems like every time I find a flashy location, like this one, the pizza ends up being sub-par. Spend a little less money on putting actual Ferrari’s in your pizza shop, and maybe spend a little more time and money on your pizza recipe. The dough is very good in general, but it was super floppy and it just didn’t hold up to the weight of the cheese. I couldn’t imagine if it had toppings on it. It’d be a mess. The sauce tasted like something I’d use in a lasagna. Not on a pizza. The oven they have is one of those little wood fired dome shaped brick ovens, and while they look fancy, they just don’t make pizza like a “Baker’s Pride” deck oven does.
