Ferrari Pizza Bar

Do not let that crisp fool you. This is as flop flop as flop flop can come. You can’t even hold it without it becoming mashed potatoes. The only reason I gave it a 6.1 because you can taste the fresh ingredients. The potential is there, but they have to find a way to crisp this up. Without the fresh ingredients. 5.5

Good flavor but no crunch. Too soft.

Solid but took over an hour

Thin pizza. Not as crispy as I had hoped - a little on the “floppy” side, especially for brick oven slices. Cheese was a little chewy, and could use more sauce. Still had the wood fired flavor… but could be better. Good pizza.

Over-rated. 165 or so reviews now, I know good pizza. This isn’t terrible, but it’s not great like the previous reviews might lead you to believe. Nice establishment, super clean inside, great service, and the bright yellow Ferrari inside is pretty neat, but it seems like every time I find a flashy location, like this one, the pizza ends up being sub-par. Spend a little less money on putting actual Ferrari’s in your pizza shop, and maybe spend a little more time and money on your pizza recipe. The dough is very good in general, but it was super floppy and it just didn’t hold up to the weight of the cheese. I couldn’t imagine if it had toppings on it. It’d be a mess. The sauce tasted like something I’d use in a lasagna. Not on a pizza. The oven they have is one of those little wood fired dome shaped brick ovens, and while they look fancy, they just don’t make pizza like a “Baker’s Pride” deck oven does.

Wings were slamming! 9.3! But the pizza is different story. We come from new haven, so our expectations are high, but it was soft, doughie, not much flavor. Nothing good to say about it!

A solid wood fired pizza. The one pictured is the “Frankie” which is chicken and sweet sauce. Very thin with little to no flop.

This is a great wood fire pizza option in the Rochester. As for the pizza went with the Spicy Ferrari and this pizza had great flavor. Flop could have been a little stronger but flavor was rich and a little bit of heat.
