Tried the Burrata Pie and NYC Pepperoni Pie. Both were excellent! Super flavorful sauce. Good amount of char. More on the doughy, soft side. Ricotta was some of the best I’ve had.

F***ing delicious… Top 3 best pizzas I’ve ever had and I’ve been to ITA and NYC a good number of times. Crispy airy crust, thin undercarriage that handles the sauce surprisingly well, a little flop on the end but common there’s fresh burrata in the middle, sauce was out of this world… 8.6 and the other pizzas looks excellent too.

Combination of delightfully charred crust with a solid undercarriage, perfectly proportioned cheese flow and a sweet balanced sauce rounds off one of the highest scores I’ve given. Can’t wait to go back!

Good pizza!! Fire too hot caused a good finish but too much flop!
