This Neapolitan style is delicious. But I’ll admit it does have a window that’s very short. They use some real potent olive oil on this stuff and it almost tastes more like it’s truffle oil (might be) but the dough is soft and crispy enough, sauce is juicy, cheese is best when it’s right out of the oven. Great Pizza though, probably the best in the county.
