Fiori’s Pizza

Fiori's is a solid pizza place in San Diego and was my go-to favorite. The old location was inside a liquor store a couple blocks east of where they are now. Pandemic closed that liquor store and they broke free and opened a dedicated pizza parlor after a looong build out. They say they moved the oven and all the key equipment so my hopes were high. It's just not as thin and fresh as it used to be. Kinda basic dough now. I'm sad my favorite pizza in town doesn't make it the same way anymore, but don't get me wrong it's great pizza and a great guy working the oven.
