Fire & Stone New York Pizza Kitchen - Midtown

Nice taste. Like a good school pizza. I like the abundance of cheese because it’s good cheese. Nice sauce, a bit flavourless? Poor undercarriage, way too soft, lets it down big time. crust fine. Absolute grease bomb.

Just walking around Midtown with pals getting harassed by some street folk. Decided to slide in for a slice to escape. Nothing special here whatsoever besides the sauce being the same temperature as lava. Average Atlanta slice. Cheers!

Very standard NY slice

Basic football. Too much flop. Weak undercarriage

White pizza is good, heavy flop on the under carriage and oily, pepperoni is on point! Perfect flop!

Great owner love the vib just not the pop I was looking for. Not a bad price though

Football football football. Could use some additional flavor in the sauce but good crisp and consistency

Their ricotta is good

Greasy, late night, what you want pizza

Solid slice, high 6s for sure, little heavy of a piece but still good. Good sauce to cheese ratio. One slice is actually 2 slices so it’s a good deal by the slice.

Good football pizza

Good pizza, came out hot - a little greasy but strong slice. My friend Kate didn’t like the last season of GOT I did. I think we’ll still remain close.

The good news...it’s better than chain pizza places like Papa Johns and Dominos. That’s about it. The regular slice had a weird oily taste. Maybe the used a cheap olive oil or maybe something even worse. The sicilian was a bit better but the crust was dry. I also dislike cutting Sicilian into triangles. It’s supposed to be square.

Two words, Football Pizza The crust has some crisp, the cheese and sauce are solid the service is fast. It’s not Antico, but it’s a very solid midtown pie.

Great crunch, great cheese to sauce ratio. Not a lot of flop Frankie.

Good flavor, solid taste. Crunch with no flop. Good balance of cheese and sauce.

No flop, decent cheese and sauce. Crispy crust

Good flop, but a bit too greasy
