Flamentco's The Place

Decent in appearance. Looked greasy and tasted more of the grease than the pizza. Lacked that signature taste and was just bland. However, the pepperoni was nice and crispy. Could’ve left the pizza in the oven a little longer. Not the best, but not the worst.

The sauce was the highlight of this pizza. You can tell it’s made with high quality ingredients. The only downside is that you feel like the toppings will fall off if you don’t eat it with two hands (too much flop). Otherwise really liked it.

Went to the location near SAFB. Had the Buffalo Chicken and it was very tasty. Wasn’t crazy about the rather tasteless crust but I should have gotten the pizza well done. Good combination of flavor with the chicken and Buffalo sauce.

Greasy, but the grease tasted good. Sauce was tangy. Would be so much better if they cooked it longer. Very doughy and the crust is not crunchy. The dough really lowers the score on this pizza.

Football pizza, but close enough to East Coast to give it a good score.

Love the pizza always tastes great and is always hot and fresh, the philly and chicken parm pizza are also great

In a community of chain pizza places and modern wood fire places, there’s not many places for a quality pizza that’s perfect when you just want a traditional pie. It’s got a decent, chewy crust, flavorful sauce, and quality mozzarella. The star is truly the sauce. It’s made with quality tomatoes and that really shines through, but it’s complimented with a nice blend of herbs. I would like to rank it higher because for the location, it’s much better than anything you can get around here in its style, but I just can’t do that.

No fountain soda, pizza is a little bit greasy but all in all a very good experience.
