Review specifically on the Cup & Char Pepperoni Pizza.
Phenomenal. Very high quality culling pepperoni which have a good kick. Clearly a very high quality full fat mozz that brings a rich flavor with no splitting. Crust has great char and crisp with a light airy center and soft chew. Also use a great garlic olive oil to dress it. Bring an amazing garlic flavor to the pie. I love garlic, but if you don’t love raw garlic flavor may need to ask for this to be held. Clearly a lot of love, thought, care, and skill has gone into this pie. Also, awesome atmosphere at the restaurant.
