Review specifically on the Cup & Char Pepperoni Pizza. Phenomenal. Very high quality culling pepperoni which have a good kick. Clearly a very high quality full fat mozz that brings a rich flavor with no splitting. Crust has great char and crisp with a light airy center and soft chew. Also use a great garlic olive oil to dress it. Bring an amazing garlic flavor to the pie. I love garlic, but if you don’t love raw garlic flavor may need to ask for this to be held. Clearly a lot of love, thought, care, and skill has gone into this pie. Also, awesome atmosphere at the restaurant. (New Haven Tomatoe pie was an 8.1)

Haven’t been to New Haven before, so can’t comment on if this is true apizza. Great leopard undercarriage. They use a wood fire oven rather than coal fire. Sauce is awesome. Very tomato forward with great flavor and ingredients. Something you need to eat fresh out of the oven to keep crisp. Boxes will kill the crisp. Clearly made with a lot of care and technique.

Good ingredients.

Very tasty. Haven’t tried a pizza like this anywhere else.
