Haven’t been to New Haven before, so can’t comment on if this is true apizza. Great leopard undercarriage. They use a wood fire oven rather than coal fire. Sauce is awesome. Very tomato forward with great flavor and ingredients. Something you need to eat fresh out of the oven to keep crisp. Boxes will kill the crisp. Clearly made with a lot of care and technique.
