First review of Flat Earth, but not my first time eating here. Pie is cooked in brick over. I always get a personal so slices have no flop. Great sauce imported from Italy. Excellent cheese/sauce ratio. Crisp crust. My favorite pie is Carson City.

Cheesy Garlic Beer Buddy Bread was awesome. Great crunch on the pizza crust, toasty. Not too many toppings, a bit of flop, but the crunch... so good.

Very good sauce, the cheese is fresh. Very nice presentation. It does have some flop but I did order the biggest pie. Overall decent pizza. Best in Carson city for sure

I’m tough on Za scores, having seen previous scores I had to stop in an try. They recommended half fungus amungus and smoking cosentino. The fungus stood out the most, great hold, slight flop, low on grease. Fungus 7.8 Smokin 7.3

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a real decent pie. I’m no rookie and an 8 is reserved for the gods. Ya got close and you’re the best within 30 miles but no 8.5.
