Really solid pie - period. That said, the dough is doing all the work on this one; it’s got some bready quality along with great crisp and zero flop. That said, cheese flavor could’ve been better. Not much seasoning and I feel the Parmesan cheese used left a limited ceiling to the flavor. There was zero sauce which was a good move with the cheese but I feel like a more flavorful cheese with a bit of sauce on this excellent dough would’ve pushed this pie to the mid 8’s. Regardless, definitely recommend
