The dough, wow. Terrible. It’s not the high gluten wheat flour in most pizzerias. This is either bleached or unbleached white flour.
The sauce was bland, flavorless unseasoned marinara/pizza sauce blend? Insane how bland it was.
The cheese, what a relief. It was fresh, whole mozzarella cheese that had great flavor. It’s also all I tasted.
Man, I ordered a large pizza by mistake.
