Good sourdough pie

They said they’d give me extra sauce on top and it came with just cheese and bread and no sauce. Both pizzas I got here were below average and pretty bad.

almost perfect, perfectly cooked and seasoned perfect sauce and cheese but personally the crust keeps it shy of a perfect slice overall, not that its not good crust but its slightly above average, if it were thicker maybe but i can see this as a higher 9 for most people

Fantastic undercarriage, thin, crispy, sauce a little sweeter than I’m used to. Not what I expected to find in this area of the states. Great pizza for sure.

Thin: great flavor, nice structure. This is the 7.4. Detroit: not the best Detroit style. I’d go 6.6 on this. Could have more crisp to it. Inside was squishy instead of fluffy. Reminded me more of Argentine pizza than Detroit. Kind of weird hippie vibes but, it’s Burlington, so…

great crunch and crust from the wood fire oven, could use a lil more flavor. my cheese slice was a lot floppier than my pepperoni.

Good taste, good ingredients. Sauce is the star. Personally too much char for me and it certainly didn't equate to a crispy bottom; floppy floppy floppy

Deep dish style is by far my favorites and at Folino’s pizzeria, they switched it up and up the sauce on top which was a good touch! Definitely will be back visit the next time I’m in Burlington.

I had already gone to folino's in shelbourne and was actually slightly disappointed with them, as I was expecting big things given their one bite score and reputation. I will say all of the pizzas I saw people receiving at their tables today looked noticeably better than what I got that day. Because of this I figured I might as well do something different than what I did last time, so I ended up ordering their Detroit style pie, and could not have made a better choice! This was by far the best deep dish pizza I've ever had in my life! The crust was crispy, yet airy and doughy at the same time, and the edges were absolutely incredible with that nice Detroit style cheese carmelization! Excellent sauce combined with fantastic toppings make this extremely hard to beat, especially for the price, Given the fact that a cheese is only $12! I'll definitely be back here to try a leaky chicken in the near future!

Upped the score to 9.1 b/c it’s that good… had 8.4 in my head before I took a bite which was a rookie move. So good

Good crisp. Worth the trip

Crust is the best in the area. Perfectly cooked. Sauce is a little bland. Cheese doesn’t have any bite. I suggest going with a specialty pizza like the firecracker shrimp. Lots of flavor in that. Still one of the best pizzas in the area.
