At first look, it reminded me of a pizza ordered off of a kid’s menu at a family restaurant. The first bite was of a crackery crust. The sauce was redeeming. After a couple bites, the cheese did have a good yet mild taste. After applying a healthy amount of Parmesan to give it some saltiness, the flavor popped a little. Could be sub-5 when the sun is out. But, it’s after midnight. Goes well with an IPA. I’m sure the Italian-Chinese infused specialty pies are where it’s at - like the orange chicken pizza.
