Fong's Pizza

Did not have much flavor and we had to ask for some sauce. On a positive note the Thai sticks were delicious!

Honey garlic Alfredo w/bacon. Wife got pepperoni. She gave pepperoni a score of 7.8.

This is not their signature crab Rangoon pizza and honestly I prefer the honey garlic Alfredo to the 4th St. Special as pictured. Thin crackery crust which I love - no top char or flop. Under carriage was stiff and no char. Toppings were a little loose and temps varied on bites. Overall, excellent late nite after the bar type pizza. The key to this place is to try a variety of individual slides and or their novelty pizzas.

At first look, it reminded me of a pizza ordered off of a kid’s menu at a family restaurant. The first bite was of a crackery crust. The sauce was redeeming. After a couple bites, the cheese did have a good yet mild taste. After applying a healthy amount of Parmesan to give it some saltiness, the flavor popped a little. Could be sub-5 when the sun is out. But, it’s after midnight. Goes well with an IPA. I’m sure the Italian-Chinese infused specialty pies are where it’s at - like the orange chicken pizza.

In true one-bite fashion I went with the classic cheese. Not good. In their defense they’re not known for their cheese pizza. They have a lot of specialty Asian inspired pizzas. I’m assuming it’s the same dough and style undercarriage. That being said: the dough definitely tastes frozen, overall tastes like something from Chuck E. Cheese. Maybe their specialty pizzas are better but most likely just a novelty. I’d rather have dominos tbh.

Sunday Special—mixing it up here. Got the Iowan pizza. Great flaky crust. Good pork and bacon flavor. Like the BBQ sauce a lot but a little too much of it on the pie

Pepperoni pizza. Bland pizza, chewy crust. Good tang in the sauce.

Cracker crust/ Bar style. Well done, just not 100% my style.

Went with a more “normal” pizza. Place has crazy shit. But it’s pretty good, kind of that cracker STL pizza, BUT good taste.

A little greasy but good sauce and cheese for a thin crust

Ok but not impressive

Huge slices but crust is so thin and flimsy! Good amount of cheese and I do like the hint of garlic! An okay drunk pizza.
