This is my first experience intensionally trying out a New Haven style pie, I can tell the pizza is quality and made of quality ingredients, but I think New Haven is not my preference. The crust was by far the best part, nice char and crisp. I was a little underwhelmed by the cheese and sauce, I guess I was expecting a little more flavor. However, I went in not looking into the specifics of New Haven style because I wanted my gut reaction. I would imagine if you dig the NH style then you would love this. I understand Dave’s rating, very justifiable, just not my cup of tea.
