Foschini's Brick Oven Kitchen

This could be really good pizza. It was seriously under-seasoned, though. There was no flavor whatsoever. The undercarriage and crust is really nice, but for the love of God, add a little salt. After I added salt, garlic, and parm, it was a 7.1. Alas, it’s a 6.4.

Good crisp, good crunch, minimal flop and a more tangy sauce. Nice cheese and oil and very flavorful!

One bite, heavyy Flop and bland crust.

Major flop but this pizza has outstanding tang both cheese and sauce. Could be over 8 if it had better crisp. Much better than expected

Plain slice was solid, little too much grease and could’ve been crispier

Quality slice. A bit of s flop, a bit greasy but good flavor. I’d cook it a bit longer for extra crisp.
