Not a very crispy pizza. Has a solid natural taste with good high quality cheese. Small pizza, wouldn’t recommend splitting among a group.

Some great mozzarella on this pie but I’ll tell you a little to much flop for me. Crust is good but needs some more time in the oven. 7.1
