Francesco's Pizza & Restaurant of Edison NJ

Francesco’s serves up a pie that feels like a throwback - not necessarily in a bad way, but definitely familiar like the pizza I grew up eating and average at best. The crust held up well with no flop, which was a nice surprise. That structure helped balance out what was otherwise a fairly oily and cheesy slice overpowering the sauce which was on the light side. A little more balance would’ve gone a long way.

Solid slice. No flop, tangy sauce, not too much cheese, great crunch. Could eat everyday.

Two slices plain and pepperoni with extra cheese on both crispy crust not bad at all

VERY, which I am a fan of. Pepperonis he great flavor. Crust was crispy. Would definitely recommend!

Great tasting pie, good sauce, not floppy, not too greasy. Just right. I recommend.

Great pizza. Good flop control, hearty without being too thick. Usually crispy. Also their topping slices are amazing.

Decent Pizza got the chicken parm is good but could be better over all it’s not gonna throw u outta the water it’s just saying Ite I’m ok

Normally a very good slice just on this day, the pizza gods weren’t kind. Every other time I’ve had a slice here it’s been a 7.5 easy

Too crispy, no flop on this slice. Abundance of fake cheese leaves that red oil on the pizza. Not enough sauce for my liking. Overall, don’t get plain- the variety is there but their plain pie is the equivalent to a poor mans football pizza

Buff chick slice was solid but nothing to jerk your thang too. Little to bready for me and the crust was kind of hard. Good but not great.
