First time here... Excellent pizza!
Went with the old school "cup and char" pepperoni and asked for extra crispy/well done. Cooked perfectly, zero flop, and not greasy. The undercarriage was deceiving as it didn't have any char, but ate as if it did. Airy and crispy crust with a beautiful crunch, and toppings all the way to the edge (.3 bonus points for that) Cheese amount was sufficient but personally I prefer just a bit more. Sauce is more on the sweet side (which I'm not a fan of) but the spiciness of that pepperoni really leveled everything right out. I'd go out of my way for this pizza... which I already plan on doing regularly in the future. Great pie!
