I got the Meatball & Ricotta today at the Peps location in Manchester. If you judge this pizza by Hartford standards it’s an 8.4 everyday. The issues is this isn’t any pizza. It’s a Frank Pepe’s Pizza. The Manchester location is inconsistent. The pie looked nice and tested good, but the undercarriage was too light and it had 0 crunch. A lot of flop. I think someone from the mother ship (Wooster St) needs to come to Manchester to help train these pizza makers. They’re good but being part of this franchise means you have to be phenomenal
