Thin, pepperoni was great, minimal cheese

2nd best pizza in CT, only behind Sally’s. So much history in this place, and it lives up to the hype. Outstanding crust, flavor, and char. Always a fantastic pie and experience and worth the long wait.

Interesting pizza pie cut, greasy, thin crust; however some crispy, some chewy. Overall good taste

Charcoal. Some grease. Thin crust. Solid sauce.

I really thought Pepe’s would knock my socks off- it was really just average on this day. It was firm, but greasy. Crisp but almost to saucy. Not my favorite New Haven pie on this day!

Much better than the previous Pepe’s pizza. Lucious, dripping crust with perfect sauce and grease.

Good pizza, fun atmosphere. The crust was perfect but I had too many toppings, I think simpler is the way to go.

Very average pizza, top crust was a little too crispy, a little sloppy. The pie being cut into 16s also threw me off
