I think Dave rates new haven pizzas higher scores cuz he likes new haven the most. This pizza did not even have the coal fire charr that one would expect. As you can see there is no black charr on the crust or undernearth or any charred bubbles. If you go to any other coal fire like max and Leo for example, you will get the charr. The sauce was very bland, no spices just crushed up tomatoes. Overall a good pie but not worth driving out of the way to Get. Prices were not as high as expected which is a plus, still higher than average places.
