I ordered a small Margherita pizza from Fratelli's. It was roughly $18 and was ready in under a half hour. I decided to choose this pizza since it was the only one without provel. Online ordering did not allow modifications, which was disappointing. Crust was perfect; thin and crispy with 0 flop. Sauce was good but very pasta-y; common with italian restaurants. Mozz was good but not enough of it. I feel like the dallops are a gimmick to not use as much cheese. Basil was good, maybe could use a bit more. Overall solid pizza and better than most in st charles county. The restaurant looked nice and staff were friendly as well.
