“Thurston’s Style” pizza review. Anyone that grew up in the valley misses Thurston’s pizza. Unique, thicker style square pizza, great with sausage and hot cherry peppers. Not quite as good as Thurston’s but good enough to bring back the memories. Solid pie.

Portion of the slice for the price is definitely a plus for Fratello’s. That being said, for what the slice had in size it lacked in a few areas. The cheese is salty and overpowers the sauce that isn’t really there. However, I would argue that Fratello’s has a great crust but I wish it had a little more flavor. Overall an decent slice for the price.

Overall a pretty solid slice. No flop and a nice crust on the bottom. The sauce is very mild and almost unnoticeable because of the saltiness of the cheese used. However when the sauce does come through it’s decent. Crust has a great crunch and adds to the overall experience.

Absolutely the best pizza I had in a long time

Nothing special... wouldn’t eat it again.
