If you’ve been watching these reviews for the past little while you can likely see the excitement on my face. This is the best pizza I have ate so far on my journey. It’s minimalist and it’s perfect. The sauce is unreal, its not some fancy tomato, I just can’t see that being this man’s style, if he told me it was grandmas Family recipe I’d take it as gospel. Now let’s talk about this crust, you can go and see how effortlessly @fredithepizzaman87 is turning out these pies. This crust was in a class on its own, crunchy light and crispy. This whole pizza was very much a pleasure to eat, I could have ate the entire large pizza AND it’s priced about $15 for a large pie! 😮 This Pizza is worth every bit of effort you take to get it, drive from another state, reroute your road trip, just don’t show up on Sunday!!!
