Fredi The PizzaMan

Came all the way from East Pa for this in one day and my god did Fredi deliver!!! Exceeding the hype I already had, every aspect of this pizza is perfect. The crust is light, charred with a perfect undercarriage and it’s soooo airy, great fermentation on the dough. Crispy first bite to last it holds up the rich tangy fresh San marzano sauce that is as stand out as the crust with a great tasting cheese completing a spot on ratio with fresh basil that’s not overpowering but very complimentary. This is easily one of the best pizzas and experiences I’ve ever had in my years hitting the top spots. The place is small, cozy and awesome. Fredi and his staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the time he took to stop and talk to me will be a lasting memory. This has always been near the top of my bucket list so it’s a big deal to be here for me, probably the most insane pizzadventure I’ll ever do.
