Girls said 10/10 And 100/100 Definitely in the 8’s

So I’m up in Brewster, Carmel area, for an ADP, Empire, golf outing. But it’s a sad day, because it’s the day after my boy fractured his risk is out of football for the rest of the year. Usually these reviews during football season are amazing. But I’m keeping my spirits high, and hoping this pizza Will lift me up a little bit. I got pretty decent reviews, so let’s get into it and we’ll see. Right off the bat, it’s a floppy oily mess. That being said, it’s still pretty darn good. It’s thin, light, with a tad cruisp. Get rid of some of this oil, and it would be pretty decent. Looks like it might’ve been sitting out for a while as well. Maybe try a fresh pie. But overall not too bad.

Absolutely delicious. The sauce is perfect, under carriage is perfectly crisp and dark. It’s perfect thickness, every bite was crunchy and filled with flavor.

Good cheese

Good amount of heft to this one, bit sloppy with the greasy cheese and sauce isn't too thick. Not a bad slice though, enjoyable

Average football pizza. Very floppy and salty.

Little greasy, sweet sauce good flavor, really good crust nice crunch and thin. Overall good solid pie

Something I have never said before on a review... the slice is a little light on the sauce. Basic slice nothing to rave about. Slightly undercooked undercarriage, little grease from the cheese... decent crust. Was on an Uber call up here and that’s the reason for the review. BASIC

Big flop, almost ripped the side of the slice in half. It was just above average, nothing special at all. It burnt my fingies off too. A big mess, but it was aight.

This is the Best pizza in NY. No flop, great taste, perfect crunch.

Real nice environment and great guys working in there. I just wish the pizza matched the atmosphere. Sicilian slice was okay, I mean really not much to it that stuck out. The plain slice was a mess. Some serious Putnam County flop and it fell apart. It was as greasy as a slice can get I almost felt tempted to eat it with a fork & knife. Kills me to write such a below average review because the guys really were nice, but they pay me to judge the pizza not the atmosphere. 5.9 and lucky to be that high.

A little too greasy but a solid overall slice. Sauce to cheese ratio was on point. Very sturdy thin, crisp slice

Best Pizza I’ve had north of the city... I’ll be going out of my way for a slice here again.

Good slice no flop but Greasy

I usually go plain, but saw this and had to have, a solid NY style pizza with a good crust. Not a lot of flop, great inside dining area, and the pie is piping hot!

Was told about this place by a co worker. Walked in to this nice big dining area, to order a slice that was very affordable. Paper thin crust, which for me lowers the rating. Sauce was sweet, but didn’t knock my socks off. If you put this slice in front of me, will I eat it? Yes. Will I go out of my way to have this slice again? No probably not. 6.7 that’s a review...

Had a cheese to start and a specialty slice. Good pizza. Lots of odd ball slices here.
