Galaxy Pizza

So for $2 this is a big slice. At first bite I thought this is crisp and gonna be a good slice. Second bite was of the crust which was crisp but doughy, then my next few bites the slice had some flavor but too doughy for me. Still better then previous persons rating closer to a 7 because of size, slight crisp and flavor. If less doughy would have been in high 7’s maybe higher.

I’ve been meaning to get a slice at Galaxy Pizza for some time and just chose to skip and find another spot. Surprised there are no One Bite reviews...but here’s the first. $2 slice... at first glance it was pretty messy and inconsistent. I liked the flavors of the cheese and sauce...but the slice was all over the place. Some bites had a lot of sauce...some none and same goes for the cheese. If you look up around the crust...whoever made the pie just “missed” coating the slice with enough sauce/cheese so I had almost 3” of dry crust...not a fan. Taste wise...the crust was above average and seemed fresh. It’s a tough slice to score...but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.
