Cheese and sauce are pretty good, but it’s way to floppy and needed to be cooked longer. To much flop. If it was cooked longer it could have easily been in the mid 7 range.

Solid pizza

Great wood fired crust. A tangy sauce. Little grease. Perfect date pizza, especially sit back in the corner of the Galleria.
