Gianni's NY Pizza

GF gave it an 8.5 which is INSAAAAAAAAAANE for her... Reminds me of the mall in all the best ways. Best slice around fageddaboudit

Honestly one of the best in St. Pete! It’s between here and Cappy’s! The pizza has awesome flavor, strong undercarriage, little flop and just awesome! I was finally able to do my pep review.

Ask for it well done. Crust will have more flavor. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in the area. Pizza was good. Crispy, light, easy to eat. Can easily have a few of the large NY style slices by yourself. Pepperoni is bold and has a good spice. No flop. Always a good pie at Gianni's

Crust is chewy yet light. It had a nice crisp when you bite it. It was a good basic pizza! I would totally order it again. Definitely one of the best in the area. My only criticism is I wish it were more well done!

Even better the second time around. Was somehow logged off so had to retrace my steps and head back here. Definitely the best pizza I’ve had in the area. Not even close. Ingredients are super fresh and flavorful. Cooked perfectly. Really not a bad thing to say about it

Since moving to Florida I’ve gone into pizza places with high hopes but tampered expectations. This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Sauce could’ve maybe used a little more flavor but the dough and the cheese were on point. No flop, flavorful cheese, and not very greasy at all even with pepperoni. Definitely recommend. Best place I’ve tried in Florida to date

As you can see in the photo, a bit soupy on top. This is common with Margheritas, but it was contrasted nicely with the crispy crust and low flop. Don’t let this pizza sit though or that liquid will ruin the contrast. It was not greasy, which was a plus. The toppings were flavorful, but the crust was a bit dull on that side. Pizza review time from St. Petersburg.They say in their ad that they are the best, south of New Jersey. 1. They claim they use Wisconsin cheese and special tomatoes that they say are best for making sauce. They also ferment their dough 72 hours. 2. Pizza has a little grease dripping and no flop on the dough. 3. Sauce had a bit of sweetness to it and tasted supurb. 4. The dough was a good crisp New York quality thin style. Normally that is good but the sauce and cheese were also thin so the slice won't fill you up with 1 or 2. 5. My rating 7.8

Alright Tony...no flop, solid cheese sauce ratio, ingredients are decent, could have been left in for a bit longer. Tastes like your typical NY style pizza you find in Florida. Give it a 8.1, that’s a review

Went with a well done cheese. Pretty average ingredients but the crust had a nice crisp. Not a bad spot in a pinch.

Little flop, sauce was light👍🏻, cheese was liquid when pie was fresh and hot👍🏻. The crust was flavorless and really undesirable to eat 👎🏻though the consistency was right for NY pizza. The pepperoni was terrible👎🏻.

Sweet sauce, crispy with no flop. Crust is hard and flavorless.
