Tale of 2 ends of the spectrum here. The dough is the perfect thickness, cooked perfectly....that great pillowy dough with a good bite. The crust and under were perfect. The cheese and sauce though...left a lot to be desired. Had a funky smell, look and taste from the cheese. The sauce was kinda pastey and bland. Better sauce and cheese and this is easily in the upper 7s low 8s.
Got a chicken parm slice also, very unique thick dough/crust, but that same weird cheese and sauce. Chicken was kinda dry.
