Welcome back pizza fans for a special addition Thursday review. Hell, life and work gets in the way. So, we are here where they specialize in deep dish. As a renowned expert in the field of pizza tasting, I am quite surprised and I wasn't expecting this to be cut into squares. What makes this difficult to score is that since it is in squares, you can't get the flop ratio correctly. This may have to be based on sauce and cheese. The sauce does have a good flavor and the cheese tastes fresh. A little grease is sitting on top but not a deal breaker. I think next time I'm going to be trying the deep dish. I would come back.
