Pretty good NY style slice

The flop scale was a middle-of-the-road balance between full flop and firm. Sauce was fantastic. Crust was great. The flavor profile was on point as well. Some more sauce may tip this pizza up to a 7. Overall fantastic slice. Would eat again.

Good flavor. Great crust. Sauce was on point. Cheese didn’t separate. Crust had a little too much flop towards the end for me, that’s the only reason it didn’t get a 7.

Average pizza great crust

It was an OK pie, the sauce is extremely flavorful but it is almost overpowering. Mozz was great and fresh.
