Good family pizza

Not bad, service was great!

Points for not being greasy. No structure to this slice whatsoever. A 5 year old could make something of this caliber with craft mozzarella in a toaster oven. Bland.

Hard core flop, decent bite

I will disagree with my oldest on this one. Easily an 8.2. Extra sauce, well done is fabulous. But we forgot to say well done tonight. STILL outstanding. Pizza joints popping up all over Oviedo, but Giovannis remains the benchmark, in my opinion! Annabella says 7.1. I say 8.2. We’ll split the difference, 7.7.

The cheese pizza we had was solidly ok. Sauce had good flavor but was missing something, it may have been dulled by the flavorless undercooked crust. It made the pie super heavy. Cheese was good, not too greasy. The stuffed pizza however was great, I’d give that a nice 7.9...but it just made the cheese pie that much more “ok”.
