Hard core flop, decent bite

I will disagree with my oldest on this one. Easily an 8.2. Extra sauce, well done is fabulous. But we forgot to say well done tonight. STILL outstanding. Pizza joints popping up all over Oviedo, but Giovannis remains the benchmark, in my opinion! Annabella says 7.1. I say 8.2. We’ll split the difference, 7.7.

Golden slice well done. Dough was inconsistently stretch, was thick in the cent of the pie then thinned out then to crust. I asked for well done and it was on the bottom, but since the dough was inconsistent it was doughy on top. Sauce was mediocre. Cheese was decent.

The cheese pizza we had was solidly ok. Sauce had good flavor but was missing something, it may have been dulled by the flavorless undercooked crust. It made the pie super heavy. Cheese was good, not too greasy. The stuffed pizza however was great, I’d give that a nice 7.9...but it just made the cheese pie that much more “ok”.
