Gorilla Pies

My favorite pizza in LA. It’s sort of like a cross between New York style and Neopolotan, but with its own thing going on. Very high-quality and absolutely amazing crust.

Good flavor and crust. Problem was the packing of crisp and a little to heavy. Packed with cheese and sauce which I don’t hate but makes it nearly impossible to keep its integrity.

Outstanding slice for La . Really want to try their other pizza

The prosciutto slice I had was really good. I also tried a not pictured buffalo chicken slice which was good as well. Very thin good crust and good undercarriage. I really liked this pizza.

Good undercarriage with a little flop. Crust was a little too charred and lots of oil. Sauce was good and cheese was decent.

Best pizza in LA.
