Granelli’s ⭐️6.7 11 inch $15.10 (PPI = $1.373) Cheese. Good amount of cheese. Lacked a little flavor and pooled a bit. Sauce. On the sweeter side, brought the flavor profile up. Crust. Had a good crunch to it Undercarriage. Tons of flop and chew. Overall. Not a huge fan of Chicago tavern style with this much flop. If the middle pieces aren’t getting any crust then it needs a stronger undercarriage. The sauce was really nice on this, I think my favorite part. Looking at mine compared to other pictures, mine might have been pulled a little early. This could change the game on it so I might try again in a month to see if it was a one off. 10 - Best I’ve had. 9 - I will tell everyone 8 - I will drive out of my way 7 - I will be a regular 6 - I will say it’s good if asked 5 - I will go if a group wants to 4 - I will suggest something else 3 - I will not go 2 - I will actively warn people 1 - I will consider calling the health dept.
