Cheese. Good amount of cheese. Lacked a little flavor and pooled a bit.
Sauce. On the sweeter side, brought the flavor profile up.
Crust. Had a good crunch to it
Undercarriage. Tons of flop and chew.
Overall. Not a huge fan of Chicago tavern style with this much flop. If the middle pieces aren’t getting any crust then it needs a stronger undercarriage. The sauce was really nice on this, I think my favorite part. Looking at mine compared to other pictures, mine might have been pulled a little early. This could change the game on it so I might try again in a month to see if it was a one off.
