Good crunchy undercarriage, fresh melty mozzarella, sweet flavorful sauce. Pretty good I love a ways away, but I would drive 20-25 in Dallas traffic for it.

Good pie

Pretty good. Nice ratios, nice char and crisp in the crust but center of the pie was a bit greasy and floppy, sauce leaves a bit to be desired, dough is excellent.

The Pizza Slut from New York thinks the sauce is on point, okay cheese, pepperoni is slacking hard, crust is perfect. It’s a Dallas pizza after all, very good. 📷Sierajune

Great Pizza

Very well put together, nice and tight no cheese fallin all over the place and not greasy. Very little floo and good crunch.

So this place is actually a chain from New York that Dave gave an 8. I’m not sure if it’s better in New York, or if my expectations were just too high. It wasn’t an 8 for me. Don’t get me wrong, the pizza was good, but it lacked in bite. The edges were crispy but the inner part of the pizza had kind of a soggy bite. Kinda had the texture of a pizza that had been sitting around. It’s good, but lacks in texture.

Stunning! Cooked about as well as you can in my mind, thin, crispy. Almost zero flop which is insane considering how large the slices are. One of the more “pure” tomato sauces I’ve ever had spread atop high quality cheese. I would eat this once a week, and might.
