Pizza Review
While this pizza may carry Grimaldi’s name, it certainly doesn’t carry its clout. I’m not a fan of this type of cheese to begin with, but there wasn’t nearly enough to go round. The sauce is on par with a jar of Ragu. And while the dough was crispy and coal-fired, it doesn’t have that signature Brooklyn/NY taste. This is lackluster Florida pizza posing as a BK institution.
