Thin crust, nice char, good undercarriage. Pepperoni’s cupping, greasy in a good way — not swimming, but doing its job. Sauce isn’t overpowering, cheese is baked right, not sloppy.
Crust’s got some snap, little chew, not floppy New York but close. Cuts are a little wild but I don’t hate it, that shows this isn’t machined perfection.
