This pizza is at least consistentIy mediocre....unlike the majority of pizza in upstate New York. Good crisp and nice undercarriage but the dough is far too thick and as a result, its chewy. The sauce is pretty bland and the cheese is either whole milk cheese or there is just too much it it. Very greasy. A few easy changes and this pizza could break into the 7’s.
