I’m still here, your leading One Bite App reviewer, it’s just been a busy summer with pizza that I’ve already reviewed.
Located on the Indian Reservation in Silver Creek, a new country store opened. Another first and it’s from this guy so you know EXACTLY what to expect.
The dough is interesting, it has a little chewiness to it and not much flop, making this a dense slice. The crust was light and easy to eat.
The sauce is bland. Pinkish hues indicate too much water was added. Didn’t see or taste any seasonings or herbs.
The cheese and pepperoni is all this had going for it. The cheese was layered thick and it was definitely the saving grace here. The pepperoni, of course is your standard pre sliced variety.
You’d think I’d rate it lower but overall it was not bad for a place that has a little bit of everything. Stop here if you’re really needing pizza, otherwise you can keep driving.
