I tried both style Roman pizzas because apparently there’s different styles. Al Taglio vs Pinsa style. The mushroom and sausage pinsa had a little more undercarriage and crunch to it while the pepperoni al taglio was a tad on the floppy side which was outweigh by the exceptional flavor to it. I thought both were perfect amount of cheese to tomato ratio.
That being said from the heavy hitters of Sheboygan which were mid- under 7’s (in my book) this by far takes the name so far!
