Pizza Review
One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life, darn near the best in Texas probably. Crispy crust, light and airy, sauce was very fresh. I could taste the freshness and the multiple cheeses used. This was an awesome take on a classic Margheritta pizza, they called it the Basil & Mozza Magic. I would say this is almost a cross of New York and New Haven pizza, very premium and tasty. I’ll be back. They use Grande Cheese and cold ferment their dough for 48 hours, also I heard the owner was a pretty nice guy:) Go check them out. They also serve Detroit Deep Dish pizza!!
