Hella Pie Pizza

Just one bite rating could be better but this is a slice that’s been re cooked to be fair … floppy / sweet sauce / decent crust …

Tried the pepperoni and the cheese pizza. I personally liked the cheese better but they were both good. I wasn't a huge fan of the pepperoni, it just kind of overwhelmed the flavor of the pie. Crust was good, thin New York style. I would have like a little more crispness but overall the best pie in Tracy.

Crust and sauce were exquisite. Pepperoni was okay and it was a bit too greasy. Overall still a quality pizza really good🤙🏾

I’ve searched far and wide for good east-coast style, wood-fired pizza and this is the best I’ve found. Great crust, light and crunchy but not chewy, and they use the small pepperonis, which I prefer. Plenty of oil, which I like. A little bit of flop, so next time will order well done.

So, this place is supplied by local dairy vendors; one being a supplier or vegan cheese. I’m not a vegan by any means, but this cheese has so much flavor without the grease factor, allowing for a crispier crust. Pro tip, get this pie when you’re here. Fresh sauce, good tang, amazing cheese, firm crisp, and an amazing crust. I highly recommend paying the extra money. If you can’t eat this pie fresh at the shop, then throw it in the toaster oven for a minute once you get home and from that baby back up. This, so far, is my favorite pie in 209.

Pepperoni didn't taste as expected, floppy and greasy. Crust was good tho

It was alright. Very greasy. The sauce is added after it's cooked, it appears, which might be why it tastes like a glorified cheesy breakstick to me. The seasoning in the crust is top notch. Full of flavor. Just very greasy and on the heavy side. 6.7 (in hindsight was a tad generous).

First review. Trying to scale it like el prez would. Really tasty pizza. Had the margherita with the mozzarella and pepperoni. Personally thought the pepperoni messed it up a bit. Crunchy smoky crust. Maybe a little raw in the middle but. It a big complaint. Gonna do it again when they are at delta brews.
